Michelle Proude is an accomplished project manager and consultant with extensive experience across various sectors, including project management, stakeholder engagement, event management, and operations. Currently serving as the Programme Officer for the Strategic Water Partners Network (SWPN) hosted by the NEPAD Business Foundation, she manages all aspects of the program – from operations, workplan development and financial management to partnership development and communications.

With a diverse background spanning the private, public, and civil society sectors, Michelle has worked as a consultant, providing expertise in office management, training solutions, community development, and recruitment. Her hands-on experience and operational excellence make her a valuable asset in driving successful program delivery.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Michelle is a dedicated humanitarian with a passion for helping others, particularly the elderly. As the founder of Granny Eileen’s and Branches of Love, and her affiliation with various charities in South Africa and Zimbabwe, she combines her professional skills with her desire to create positive change in the world. Her motto, “together we can do more,” encapsulates her commitment to collaboration and making a lasting impact.
